Payment & Cancellation
Deposit and confirmation. Upon confirming your spot, a 50% deposit is due. You have 7 days from confirmation to cancel for a full refund — I hold off sending your Enneagram assessment until that window has passed, so there's no overlap between the two.
Balance. The remaining 50% is due 21 days before arrival. If it isn't received by then, you'll get a reminder with a 3-day grace period. If it still isn't paid after that, the booking is released and treated as a cancellation on your part, subject to the terms below.
Changing your dates. One date change is permitted, subject to my availability and to whether my own flight can actually be changed on its fare rules. A SGD 300 fee applies. Requests for a second date change aren't guaranteed and may require rebooking as a new reservation.
If you need to cancel:
- Within the 7-day window: full refund of the deposit.
- After the window closes, but before the balance is paid: the deposit is no longer refundable in cash, but you can convert it into 5 sessions of 1:1 / with me instead — in person or via video call, depending on my availability — so nothing is wasted.
- After the balance is also paid: everything you've paid converts into 8 sessions of 1:1 / instead — in person or via video call, depending on my availability — so the amount you get still reflects what you put in.
- Converted sessions must be used within 12 months of your cancellation date.
If your group shrinks. If someone in your group cancels before your balance is due, the remaining participants are repriced for the updated booking. Groups of 3 or more are quoted by request. If it happens after the balance has already been paid, your original price stays locked in.
If I need to cancel or postpone. If Untamed can't go ahead as planned on my end — illness, the venue becoming unavailable, or anything else outside your control — you'll receive a full refund of everything you've paid, no fees, no conditions.
